抗繆勒管激素（anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH）,又稱(chēng)繆勒管抑制物（Müllerianinhibiting substance，MIS），由AlfredJost教授在二十世紀(jì)四十年代發(fā)現(xiàn)。
成熟的激素是由二硫鍵連接兩個(gè)完全相同的72 KD單體形成的二聚體糖蛋白，屬于轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子βtransforming growth factor-β,TGF-β超家族。AMH主要通過(guò)AMH受體ⅡAMHreceptor Ⅱ,AMHR Ⅱ發(fā)揮生物學(xué)作用。

收集標(biāo)本前必須清楚要檢測(cè)的成份是否足夠穩(wěn)定。對(duì)收集后當(dāng)天進(jìn)行檢測(cè)的標(biāo)本，儲(chǔ)存在4℃備用，如有特殊原因需要周期收集標(biāo)本，將標(biāo)本及時(shí)分裝后放在-20℃或-70℃條件下保存。避免反復(fù)凍融。標(biāo)本2-8℃可保存48小時(shí)，-20℃可保存1個(gè)月。-70度可保存6個(gè)月。部分激素類(lèi)標(biāo)本需添加抑肽酶。
